About the RoleAs a in tele sales profile (New business development)-B2B Sales, your main responsibility will be to reach out to potential business clients over the phone and through virtual meeting introduce them to our products/services. You will be the first point of contact and play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities for the company. Your role will involve understanding client needs, pitching solutions effectively, and converting leads into active customers. This is a target-driven role that requires strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
Experience & Skills
· Make outbound calls to potential business clients from provided databases/leads.
· Dial 100 – 200 calls on daily basis, connect with manufacturers, wholesalers, MSME, SMES,and tell about our products & Services
· Pitch our products/services and explain how they can benefit the client’s business.
· Identify and qualify sales opportunities.
· Follow up with leads and schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team.
· Maintain and update client information in CRM systems.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for new client acquisition.
· Handle objections, questions, and rejections positively.
· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of new clients.
· Relevant work experience: 2-7 years
· Work from Office
· Demonstrated experience of achieving sales targets within Indian B2B industry
Preferred Qualification
· Any Graduate
· Highly interested in Online sales
· Exposure to B2B Sales industry
· Knowledge of digital marketing and functioning of search engines
· Experience selling services to Indian SMEs
· Experience of client Acquisition
· Necessary Training Will be provided.
