Business Target Achievement
Achieve business targets as outlined in the goal sheet through team Engage, Lead and motivate team actively toward achieving sales objectives
Recruitment and Team Building
RM s need to identify, onboard and build a team of IIA (Insurance Investment Advisors) Train and guide new team members to enhance their performance
Field Work and Prospecting
Conduct joint fieldwork (JFW) with team members to drive business growth
Schedule meetings with prospects to conduct need analysis and explain TATA AIA s life insurance products
Sales Planning
Develop implement short-term long-term plans to achieve sales targets
Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed
