Relationship Manager (Stock Markets)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team and drive the acquisition and servicing of Demat account clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining existing client relationships, and ensuring clients are well-informed and engaged in equity and trading activities through the Angel One platform.

Key Responsibilities :

• Acquire new customers for Demat and trading accounts through various channels (online leads, referrals).
• Assist customers in completing KYC and account opening procedures.
• Provide end-to-end guidance to clients on using the trading platform and mobile application.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and cross-sell opportunities.
• Understand clients’ investment needs and suggest appropriate financial products (stocks, mutual funds, SIPs, Equity, Insurance etc.)
• Monitor clients' portfolios and provide regular market updates and insights.
• Achieve monthly targets for account opening, revenue generation, and client activation.
• Handle queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high client satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of capital markets, regulations, and new product offerings.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or related field.
• NISM Series VII (Equity Derivatives) and Series VIII (Depository Operations) certifications preferred.
• 6 Months –2 years of experience in financial sales, broking, or relationship management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
• Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
