Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Lucknow. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, facilitating claim settlements, coordinating with internal teams to provide timely assistance, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling insurance products. The role also involves organizing client meetings, maintaining accurate client records, and generating reports on customer feedback and service improvements.

Qualifications

Excellent communication, relationship management, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in handling customer inquiries, problem-solving, and claim settlements
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Ability to identify sales opportunities and potential for cross-selling and up-selling
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Ability to work on-site in Lucknow
