Job Purpose

To drive sales and maximize revenue through strong client engagement, effective sales presentations, and closing profitable deals. The role also focuses on exploring new business avenues and maintaining strong customer relationships to meet organizational growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify potential customers and new business opportunities as per company strategy.
• Drive member acquisition through various sources and channels.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers; handle objections and cancellations effectively.
• Educate customers about new offerings, updates, and value propositions.
• Prepare and present customized sales proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Pre-sales, Member Relations) for seamless onboarding and service.
• Explore and develop untapped markets for business growth.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of

  B2C sales

  experience (preferably in holiday, real estate, insurance, or luxury product sales).
• Strong storytelling ability and average to good communication skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented; able to work independently.
• Good knowledge of the

  local market

  and proficiency in the

  local language

• Must own a

  personal vehicle

  for client visits.
• Resilience to perform in a high-pressure environment.
