You will be joining SMFG India Home Finance Co. Ltd., also known as SMFG Grihashakti, to assist customers in realizing their dream of owning a new home with the motto "Nayi Asha, Naya Vishwas". Your primary responsibilities will include offering home finance solutions for various purposes such as new homes, residential plots, home construction, renovation, commercial property, and real estate development. As a Relationship Manager based in Moga on a full-time, on-site basis, your key focus will be on establishing and nurturing customer relationships. You will play a crucial role in comprehending customer requirements, advocating suitable financial products, and ensuring their contentment on a day-to-day basis. The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with customers. You must be capable of recognizing customer needs and proposing tailored solutions. Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation skills, financial knowledge, and an understanding of various loan products are crucial for success in this role. Furthermore, a customer-centric approach, adept problem-solving skills, familiarity with banking products, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field are necessary qualifications.
