• Generate leads by identifying potential industrial areas/trading units & prepare strategies to increase the Banks penetration in those areas.
• Meet customer service requirements through regular interactions with the customers to understand business condition, enhancement opportunity, etc.
• Add value to the client and stay ahead of the competition by structuring and implementing innovative deals in working capital, term loan and project finance.
• Maintain existing and acquire new SME clients for the bank.
• Create proposals for clients with 50cr to 250 Cr portfolio size.
• Manage the relationship with the customers by growing the book size
