Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

    Source new clients through personal efforts and acquisition channels, while also nurturing and expanding relationships with existing HNW customers.
  • Product Cross-Selling:

    Promote and sell various bank products, including loans (like loans against property/housing loans), liabilities, and other financial services such as insurance and mutual funds.
  • Customer Service:

    Provide a high level of personalized customer service, maintain complete relationship records, and address customer complaints and queries to ensure satisfaction.
  • Business Development:

    Plan and execute sales initiatives, coordinate with other group companies for comprehensive solutions, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Internal Coordination:

    Collaborate with internal departments like Credit, Legal, and Operations to process client cases end-to-end.
