Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Rudrapur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their life insurance needs, and providing suitable solutions. Daily tasks include meeting potential and existing clients, conducting needs analysis, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves regular follow-ups, handling policy renewals, and staying updated on company products and market trends.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management
Knowledge of life insurance products and services
Ability to conduct thorough needs analysis and provide suitable solutions
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
