Job Title: Relationship Manager – Banca Channel (Life Insurance) Department: Bancassurance Sales Location: Mentioned above locations Reporting To: Business Development Manager Key Responsibilities: Drive life insurance sales by working closely with bank branch staff. Build and maintain strong working relationships with bank employees and customers. Generate leads, follow up, and close sales effectively. Conduct regular training and motivation sessions for bank staff on life insurance products. Ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, and customer service. Travel to assigned branches regularly to ensure business targets are met. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline 1–3 years of sales experience (preferably in life insurance/banking/financial services) Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales orientation and target-driven mindset
