Relationship Manager

Job Responsibility

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with

  top-tier retail counters

  , including

  textile outlets, hypermarkets, and baby stores

  across Maharashtra and Karnataka.
• Leverage deep market knowledge to identify and onboard

  high-potential stores

  .
• Take ownership of

  sales management

  , including meeting revenue targets, growing account share, and ensuring sustained business from key counters.
• Work closely with channel partners to

  convert leads into confirmed orders

  and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Manage and oversee performance at

  100+ top counters

  , ensuring optimal visibility, stock management, and in-store execution.
• Regularly track, review, and report on store-wise performance, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
  
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
  
• Proven experience in retail or FMCG sales, preferably in

  textiles, baby care, or modern trade

  channels.
• Strong understanding of the

  retail landscape

  .
• Ability to handle large retail networks and high-volume sales accounts.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Willingness to travel
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Sales, or related fields
  
• Minimum 46 years of relevant experience in retail sales or key account management
