Relationship Manager

You will be located in JP Nagar, Bangalore and will be responsible for engaging with potential leads through sales calls to discuss financial products and investment solutions. You will need to assess the client's needs, risk appetite, and financial goals to provide suitable stock market investments and wealth management solutions. Building and maintaining long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups, market updates, and personalized financial guidance will be crucial. Staying informed on market trends, economic developments, and competitor offerings to offer well-informed recommendations is essential. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high-quality client servicing is also part of your role. Efficiently addressing client queries and providing timely, accurate solutions to improve customer satisfaction and retention will be required. Meeting and exceeding sales targets while upholding a high level of client engagement is a key expectation. You must have 2-5 years of proven experience in Wealth Management, Finance, or Equity Sales. A strong grasp of financial markets, investment products, wealth solutions, and portfolio management is mandatory. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to simplify complex financial concepts for clients. You should be able to work effectively in a target-driven, fast-paced environment while prioritizing a customer-first approach. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential to assist clients in making well-informed investment decisions. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is the required educational qualification.
