Relationship Manager – Secured Business Loans (LAP)

The Role

As our Relationship Manager, you will be the driving force behind our growth in the Narmadapuram hub. Reporting to the Regional Business Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our loan portfolio by achieving ambitious Assets Under Management (AUM) targets. Your success will be built on sourcing high-quality business, fostering lasting client relationships, ensuring timely repayments, and upholding the highest standards of integrity and compliance.

What You'll Accomplish (Key Responsibilities)

AUM Target Achievement & Business Growth

• Strategically develop and execute plans to meet and exceed monthly and annual AUM targets for our secured business loan products.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to consistently expand the branch's loan portfolio.

Credit Sourcing & Compliance

• Conduct thorough due diligence on all loan applications to ensure strict compliance with our established credit policies.
• Guarantee that all sourcing activities fully adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements.

Client Relationship Management

• Cultivate and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, establishing yourself as their trusted financial partner.
• Actively monitor client loan accounts to ensure timely repayments, with a goal of maintaining zero delinquency in your portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to generate repeat business by deeply understanding and addressing client needs.

Integrity & Ethical Conduct

• Serve as a brand ambassador by upholding the highest standards of integrity and business ethics in every client interaction and transaction.
• Promote additional company products and services to existing clients where appropriate.

What You Bring to the Table (Qualifications & Skills)

Education & Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sourcing business loans (preferably secured) or a similar sales/relationship role within the financial services industry.
