Job Description

To manage and grow a portfolio of Supply Chain Finance/ Priority Sector relationships by meeting or exceeding budgeted sales and service targets within acceptable risk standards as detailed in the policy guidelines through strong relationship management skills, effective service delivery and credit presentations with a balanced risk / reward structure.

Acquisition of Channel Partners under corporate linked supply chain product program.

• Drive the sales efforts and be responsible for the overall revenue of the portfolio.

• Execute necessary post sanction documentation and comply with the approved product

terms to ensure prompt drawdown under the approved facilities.

• Support credit monitoring, KYC and other credit requirements.

• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations at all times & Zero tolerance

on KYC norms prescribed by the Bank.

• Ensure no credit loss in the portfolio and device and efficient exit plan in co-ordination

with the Regional Manager/Risk Manager to weed out non-productive & non-compliant

client relationships ensuring satisfactory credit quality of the portfolio.

• Ensure Minimum Over dues and timely repayments.

• Ensure timely renewal of the existing portfolio.
