Job Description

Job Title: Relationship Manager Sales (Finance Broking) Location: Faridabad Department: Finance Key Responsibilities: Acquire new clients through direct sales activities, networking, referrals, and leads provided. Understand client requirements in areas such as business loans, personal loans, home loans, loan against property, working capital funding, etc. Offer appropriate finance products from a panel of banks and NBFCs (Non-Banking Financial Companies). Maintain strong follow-up with clients and lenders to ensure quick closure of deals. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets consistently. Manage and grow a portfolio of high-quality client relationships. Maintain client data, activity tracking, and documentation accurately. Coordinate with internal credit, documentation, and operations teams for smooth processing of client applications. Provide clients with regular updates regarding their applications and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and lender policies. Desired Candidate Profile: Experience: 1-6 years in financial services, banking, NBFC, or DSA (Direct Selling Agent) background. Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Finance background preferred but not mandatory). Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance-based Incentives.
