Job Description

As a Relationship Manager, your role involves acquiring new asset relationships through various channels and managing a portfolio of 30-40 BBG relationships. You will be responsible for maintaining HNW relationship management of BBG customers to ensure the delivery of quality service. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve overall business targets on volumes and profitability for BBG customers. - Regularly interact with branches to generate leads for BBG, update leads in CRM, ensure conversions, and follow the lead conversion process. - Conduct market scoping to identify potential customers with wallet share for BBG customers and develop product penetration strategies in collaboration with the branch banking team. - Follow the sales process by updating regular client calls for both existing and prospective clients in a structured manner. - Build relationships with internal and external customers, ensure client satisfaction, and address all banking needs. - Prepare customer profiling sheets, identify cross-sell opportunities, and increase revenue. - Prepare CAM and resolve queries efficiently. - Coordinate with credit for CAM approval, deferral waiver/extension, and fulfill other customer requirements such as Buyers credit and TOD's. - Engage in E-Net, CMS, and cross-sell other relevant products. Qualification Required: - Experience in Working Capital is mandatory. - Proven track record in B2B Sales. - Previous experience in Business Banking is preferred.,
