Job Description

As a Sales Manager at our company, your role will involve managing the sales process for home loans and LAP channel. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Aggressively drive sales numbers to achieve business targets for home loans and cross-selling, while also enhancing client relationships. - Retain and expand the customer base for home loans and LAP channel to ensure repeat business and referrals. - Maximize sales through a network of DSA by managing connector and builder relationships effectively. - Develop strong liaisons with clients for repeat business and referrals. - Increase the number of APFs and penetration in approved APF projects. - Identify and cultivate new builder/channel relationships to enter new markets. - Ensure smooth processing of files from login to disbursement by collaborating with internal departments like Operations and Credit. In terms of Sales Planning and Team Management, you will be responsible for: - Optimizing team productivity by managing a team of relationship managers to achieve team results and meet business targets. - Aligning with the team on ground lead generation activities for sales. - Leading and supervising the team for growth agenda implementation through training, motivation, and deployment strategies. Regarding Industry & Governance, your responsibilities will include: - Staying updated on market trends and competitor intelligence to develop effective sales and marketing strategies. - Providing feedback to the central product and policy team based on market understanding. - Ensuring compliance with all Audit/NHB regulations, processes, policies, and reports. Qualifications required for this role include being a Graduate with Masters/Postgraduate degree.,
