Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers. Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients. Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets and grow the business. Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve client queries and issues. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of retail mortgages and relationship management principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and competitor activity. Experience working in the BFSI industry, preferably in a similar role. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
