Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing customers to increase sales of retail mortgages. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers. Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet or exceed targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve customer queries and concerns. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in retail mortgages and sales. Strong knowledge of inclusive banking principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with financial institutions is an added advantage.
