Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the portfolio of existing customers through relationship building and regular engagement.
  • Acquire new customers via branch walk-ins, references, and local marketing activities.
  • Cross-sell banking products such as Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Fixed Deposits, Loans, Insurance, and Investment products.
  • Achieve business targets for CASA, cross-sell, and customer acquisition.
  • Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and bank policies.
  • Resolve customer queries and service issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with branch and product teams to deliver the best banking experience.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail banking, financial sales, or customer relationship management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
  • Sound knowledge of banking products and documentation process.
  • Ability to handle HNI and priority clients.
