Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage and grow the portfolio of existing customers through relationship building and regular engagement.
Acquire new customers via branch walk-ins, references, and local marketing activities.
Cross-sell banking products such as Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Fixed Deposits, Loans, Insurance, and Investment products.
Achieve business targets for CASA, cross-sell, and customer acquisition.
Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and bank policies.
Resolve customer queries and service issues promptly.
Coordinate with branch and product teams to deliver the best banking experience.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream.
Minimum 1 year of experience in retail banking, financial sales, or customer relationship management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
Sound knowledge of banking products and documentation process.
Ability to handle HNI and priority clients.
