Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle walk-in customers at the branch and assist them with account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and product information.
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients by providing personalized banking services.
Cross-sell savings, current accounts, term deposits, insurance, and loan products.
Promote digital banking products like net banking, UPI, and mobile banking.
Resolve customer service requests, grievances, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for CASA, cross-sell, and service quality.
Maintain compliance with bank policies, KYC, AML, and documentation norms.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream.
Experienced candidates (min 4 years) can apply.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Customer-first attitude and problem-solving ability.
Willingness to work in a target-based, branch environment.
Basic understanding of banking operations and customer service.
