Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Jorhat. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing personalized insurance solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, understanding their needs, advising on suitable insurance products, and assisting in policy servicing and renewals. The role also requires regular follow-ups and managing client portfolios.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in client relationship management and customer service
Knowledge of life insurance products and services
Sales skills and ability to meet targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
Proficiency in using CRM software and related tools
