Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager (Real Estate) based in Mumbai. The selected candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their real estate requirements, and helping them navigate the buying, investing, or selling process. Responsibilities include generating and following up on leads, facilitating property site visits, negotiating deals, and closing transactions. The candidate will work closely with both clients and stakeholders to ensure a seamless and satisfactory real estate experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, relationship management, and client servicing skills
• Proficiency in sales, lead generation, and deal negotiation
• Good understanding of the real estate market, trends, and regulations
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet targets
• Experience in customer relationship management tools is a plus
• Proven experience in a similar role within the real estate or related industries
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
