We offer a comprehensive range of insurance products, including Life, Health, 2Wheeler, Motor, and various types of Business or Commercial Insurance, catering to individual and business needs.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Jaipur. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying customer needs, providing suitable insurance solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be tasked with maintaining regular contact with clients, processing claims, and working closely with the sales and support teams to address any customer-related issues.

Qualifications

Customer Relationship Management, Communication, and Interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Insurance Products, Sales, and Customer Service
Problem-solving and Analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
