Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Relationship Manager for RBL Bank's Life Insurance division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, providing tailored financial solutions, and driving sales of life insurance products.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs.
Provide personalized advice on life insurance products to clients.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Assist clients in completing policy applications and ensure timely processing.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to enhance client engagements.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of life insurance products and financial services is a plus.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for building relationships.
