Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Relationship Manager based in Jalpaiguri. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for acquiring new business partners maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing partners and providing tailored financial solutions to meet their needs. Key tasks include offering personalized advice on financial products, meeting sales targets, and staying updated on market trends and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Sales and business development experience in financial products such as Mutual Funds *(Preferable)*
• Knowledge in financial markets, investment solutions, and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in partner servicing and presenting tailored financial advice
• Self-motivation, goal orientation, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Relevant experience in the finance or wealth management industry is preferred.
