Job Description – Relationship Manager (Machinery Equipment Funding)

Position: Relationship Manager – Machinery / Equipment Finance
Location: Kolkata
Department: SME Lending / Equipment Finance
Reports To: Area / Branch Sales Manager
Job Purpose
To drive business growth in the machinery and equipment finance segment by acquiring new SME/MSME clients, deepening relationships with existing customers, and ensuring high-quality credit proposals, compliance, and portfolio performance.

Business Development & Client Acquisition
Relationship Management
Revenue & Target Achievement
Portfolio Monitoring & Risk Mngmt
Market & Dealer Network Development
Sales Target Achievement
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / MBA in Finance, Marketing, or related field
Experience in Lending/Finance/
Proven track record of achieving sales & disbursement targets
Reporting to - ASM/BSM
Salary upto 4.5 LPA (Per Annum)
