Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager - Portfolio at our Jaipur office. The Relationship Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of customers by identifying opportunities, understanding client needs, and addressing them through personalized banking solutions. Responsibilities include building strong relationships, offering advisory services, cross-selling products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves credit analysis, financial product structuring, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational policies.

• Strong relationship management, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of financial products and services, portfolio management, and cross-selling techniques
• Proficiency in credit analysis, financial planning, and advising clients
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Prior experience in banking, financial services, or similar industry is preferred
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
