Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Rajkot. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing personalized customer service, addressing client inquiries, and assisting clients in understanding their insurance options. Daily tasks will include identifying potential clients, meeting with clients to assess their needs, and ensuring client satisfaction by maintaining regular communication and providing ongoing support.

Qualifications

Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
Ability to assess customer needs and provide personalized solutions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales and Marketing experience
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Knowledge of the insurance industry, products, and regulations is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
