Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Kolkata. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their financial goals, and offering tailored investment solutions. Day-to-day tasks include client acquisition, portfolio management, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their queries and providing ongoing support. The role also involves analyzing market trends, providing investment advice, and achieving predefined business targets.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building and client management skills
• Knowledge of financial products including equities, derivatives, commodities, and portfolio management services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales orientation with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
• Analytical and research-focused mindset with an understanding of market trends
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial tools is advantageous
• Relevant experience in the financial services industry is a plus
