Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Wealth Relationship Manager (Wealth RM) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring strong client relationships, a proven track record in wealth management, and the ability to generate sales through personal networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire, manage, and deepen relationships with HNI and UHNI clients.
  • Generate business opportunities through an existing client base and personal network.
  • Understand client requirements and deliver customized investment solutions.
  • Advise clients on wealth preservation, growth, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Achieve business targets through new client acquisition and portfolio growth.
  • Stay updated with market trends, investment products, and regulatory guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in wealth management, preferably with banks, NBFCs, or wealth management firms.
  • Proven ability to build and manage strong client relationships.
  • Must possess a personal database of HNI/UHNI clients and strong networking skills.
  • Deep understanding of financial products (mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, structured products, insurance, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
