Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Upsell Mutual Fund products to Retail and HNI clients using an assigned database. Generate fresh leads through referrals to expand the client base. Achieve business targets related to upselling and enhancing client net worth relationships. Conduct detailed customer profiling to offer customized financial solutions. Ensure the highest level of service delivery to Retail and HNI customers. Provide investment planning and financial advisory services to clients. Achieve sales and revenue targets across a diversified product portfolio. Act as the single point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring consistent client engagement. Drive acquisition and deliver ongoing servicing of HNI/UHNI customers. Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in managing Retail and/or HNI clients. NISM certification preferred. Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds and investment products. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated with a client-centric and target-driven approach.
