Role Description:
You will be instrumental in:
- Engaging with solution managers of partner banks.
- Driving new on-boarding initiatives.
- Acquiring new banking partnerships for Mswipe's payment products.
- Managing the entire process from partner acquisition to on-boarding and project launch.
- Collaborating with partners and internal teams daily to ensure seamless sales execution.
- Enhancing value propositions to enrich offerings for existing partners.
**Requirements:**
- At least 2 years of customer-facing Business-to-Business Merchant Acquisition experience.
- Proven track record in building relationships and networking with banking institutions.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and high-pressure sales environment.
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written (including reports, presentations, etc.).
- Deal structuring expertise.

* Problem solving and resolving conflicts.
* Keenness to learn and detail oriented.
* Team player but also capable of taking individual decisions.
