Relationship Manager-MNC-Multi-National Company Vertical

At Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd, we are seeking a talented Relationship Manager to join our startups business unit within Wholesale Banking. This role is crucial in building and maintaining strong relationships with companies in the turnover range of Rs 500 to Rs 1500 crs. The Relationship Manager will be the primary point of contact for these clients, offering customized financial solutions and ensuring their business needs are met.

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and services, especially those relevant to Startups.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Proven track record of successful client relationship management and business development.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and engagements.
