Manage relationships with existing clients to increase business growth and customer satisfaction. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the client base. Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve business objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve client queries and concerns. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of Micro Finance and MLAP products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and competitor activity. Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Strong understanding of the BFSI industry and regulatory requirements.
