Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in micro mortgages. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely repayment of loans and maintain high customer satisfaction. Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals to expand the client base. Conduct thorough credit assessments and provide personalized solutions to meet clients' financial needs. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly targets. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of micro mortgages and related products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficient in using technology and software applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
