Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience managing Mutual Fund collections. Roles and Responsibility Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payments and minimize defaults. Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues promptly. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Provide excellent customer service to build trust and loyalty with clients. Identify and mitigate risks associated with mutual fund investments. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of financial products, including mutual funds, and their lifecycle stages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data and make informed decisions. Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
