We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in microfinance or mutual funds. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships through effective sales strategies. Conduct thorough needs analysis to provide comprehensive financial planning and investment advice. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to identify potential risks and opportunities. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client queries and resolving issues efficiently. Job Requirements Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in microfinance or mutual funds, with a strong track record of success. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to analyze complex financial data and provide informed recommendations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements is essential. Experience working with diverse client groups, including those who may be underserved or marginalized.
