Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Understand job requirements and discuss hiring needs with hiring managers.
  • Prepare and post job descriptions on various job portals.

2. Candidate Sourcing

  • Source candidates through platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, references, internal databases, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

3. Screening & Shortlisting

  • Review resumes, evaluate candidate skills, and shortlist suitable profiles.
  • Conduct telephonic screening and assess communication, experience, and role fitment.

4. Interview Coordination

  • Schedule interviews (virtual / F2F) with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Share interview schedules, links, and feedback follow-up.
  • Ensure both candidates and interviewers are well-informed and prepared.

5. Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate closely with hiring managers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Provide regular updates on hiring status and candidate progress.
  • Maintain professional communication between candidate and client teams.

6. Offer Management

  • Discuss salary expectations, notice period, and negotiate offers when required.
  • Process offer letters and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Track documentation and verify candidate information.

7. Database & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate data in ATS/CRM tools (Oorwin, Beeline, etc.).
  • Prepare daily/weekly hiring reports and dashboards.
  • Track recruitment metrics (TAT, selection ratio, joining ratio, etc.).

8. Background Verification

  • Coordinate for BGV initiation, documentation collection, and follow-up.
  • Ensure candidate compliance with company policies.

9. Candidate Engagement

  • Maintain regular communication until the candidate joins.
  • Handle dropouts and keep backup candidates ready.
  • Resolve candidate queries regarding roles, joining dates, and HR policies.

10. Other Responsibilities

  • Support HR team with onboarding activities.
  • Attend client calls and requirement discussions.
  • Contribute to improving recruitment processes and strategies.
