Job Description

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding the customer base for our Loan Against Property (LAP) products. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed business targets. You will be the face of the company, building trust and rapport with customers, and ensuring their financial needs are met with our LAP offerings.


  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.

  • Strong knowledge of Loan Against Property products, including eligibility criteria and documentation requirements.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and a results-driven mindset.

  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse customer base.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed business decisions.

  • Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and regulations.

  • Valid driving license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their financial needs and goals.

  • Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Provide customers with detailed information about our LAP products, including features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.

  • Assist customers in completing loan applications and ensure a smooth and efficient loan processing experience.

  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry regulations to provide valuable insights to customers.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey, from application to loan disbursal.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management.

  • Participate in sales meetings, provide regular updates on sales performance, and contribute to team discussions.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
