Job Description

As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in our LAP Sales department. Your primary focus will be on developing and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored Loan Against Property solutions. You will be an integral part of our sales team, contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.


  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.

  • Strong knowledge of Loan Against Property products and the mortgage industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.

  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships with clients.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems for efficient record-keeping.

  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed business decisions.

  • Self-motivated and driven, with a results-oriented mindset.

  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of LAP applications.

  • Provide excellent post-sales support and address any client queries or concerns.
