Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Dehradun. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Daily tasks will include meeting with clients, understanding their financial needs, pitching suitable financial products, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions and transactions.

• Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Financial Services or Banking
• Problem-solving and Analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Knowledge of P2P Lending platforms is an advantage
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
