This is a real estate sales job Work day : 6 days working : Tuesday to sunday / weekly off on Monday Timings : 10 am to 7PM Profile : Real estate sales JD : Calling + Site visit role Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Relationship Manager with at least 1 year of experience in the real estate / Insurance / financial industry. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing client relationships, driving property sales, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end customer experience. If you're passionate about real estate and thrive in a performance-driven environment, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage relationships with prospective and existing property buyers. Identify client requirements and recommend suitable properties based on budget and preferences. Conduct property tours, site visits, and negotiations to drive sales conversions. Generate leads through field activities, walk-ins, referrals, and digital inquiries. Maintain an active database of leads and client interactions using CRM tools. Coordinate with developers, brokers, and internal teams for smooth transaction processing. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to team objectives. Stay updated with local market trends, new project launches, and competitive offerings. Key Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in residential or commercial real estate sales. Strong understanding of the property sales process, documentation, and client servicing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities efficiently. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in real estate. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred). Local market knowledge is a strong advantage.
