Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ambala for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with patients and stakeholders, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless patient experience. The role involves coordinating with medical teams, handling patient feedback, and identifying opportunities to improve service quality. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will oversee patient communications and contribute to the hospital's efforts in promoting trust and satisfaction.

• Organizational and time-management skills to oversee smooth coordination within teams
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and basic computer applications
• Ability to work independently and in a patient-focused environment
• Experience in healthcare or hospitality industries is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred
