Job Description

As a Relationship Manager Sales (Home Loan/LAP) based in Vishakhapatnam, you will report to the Branch Sales Manager (BSM) and play a crucial role in the sales process. Your key responsibilities will include meeting customers on a daily basis to update their details in the system, collecting KYC and loan documents, and coordinating with Credit, Legal, and Technical teams. It will be your responsibility to follow up on leads and ensure they are converted into disbursals. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, builders, and connectors is essential, along with ensuring full compliance with internal policies. In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will be expected to participate in marketing and promotional activities to drive sales. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance, life insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts, and proficiency in English is preferred. The work location will be in person, requiring you to be present on site to carry out your duties effectively.,
