Relationship Manager-Individual (MEL/PL)

As a Relationship Manager-Micro Enterprise Loan / Personal Loan in the Rural Banking department, your primary responsibility is to build and strengthen relationships with Rural Banking accounts while delivering excellent service to customers. You will play a crucial role in identifying business owners and entrepreneurs within the defined catchment area, assessing their business loan requirements, and ensuring prompt disbursal of loans based on their needs. Your key responsibilities will include conducting end-user checks post loan disbursal, achieving monthly and annual loan booking targets, evaluating client needs to identify cross-sell opportunities, and contributing to the penetration of liabilities business in Rural markets through lead generation and account opening. Additionally, you will be tasked with achieving individual and branch sales goals, monitoring collections efficiency, conducting field audits and customer verifications, and staying updated on market intelligence and competitor practices. Your role will also involve recommending process improvements, managing a team of field officers, and implementing livelihood advancement and community development initiatives. In terms of managerial and leadership responsibilities, you will be expected to attract and retain top talent for key roles within your reporting structure, monitor employee productivity metrics, hiring quality, and attrition rates, and provide necessary support to enable teams to achieve growth targets effectively. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Graduation degree in BA, BCom, BBA, BSc, BTech, BE, or any other relevant field, along with 5 to 10 years of experience in rural banking.
