Job Description

As a Relationship Manager-Micro Enterprise Loan / Personal Loan in the Rural Banking department, your primary responsibility will be to build and strengthen relationships with Rural Banking accounts, ensuring top-notch service delivery to customers. You will play a crucial role in identifying business owners and entrepreneurs within the designated catchment area, understanding their business loan requirements, and facilitating prompt disbursal of loans. Your actions will contribute to client acquisition, nurturing household-level customer relationships, and maximizing the lifetime value of each association to meet organizational objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Swift disbursal of business loans after conducting a thorough needs assessment of potential and existing clients. - Performing end-user checks post-loan disbursal while meeting monthly and annual group loan booking targets. - Assessing client needs, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and generating additional revenue streams based on customer lifestyle, risk profile, and preferences. - Increasing liabilities business penetration in Rural markets by generating leads and facilitating account openings to meet customer needs. - Achieving individual and branch sales targets through new business acquisition, referrals, and maintaining strong account relationships. - Ensuring high collections efficiency through disciplined approach and proactive drive. - Conducting field audits and customer verifications to uphold the quality of accounts. - Staying updated on market trends, benchmarking against competitor practices, and incorporating feedback for growth strategy evaluation. - Proposing process enhancements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency across the branch network. - Overseeing a team of field officers, focusing on their development and addressing attrition concerns. - Implementing livelihood advancement and community development initiatives to create a positive impact. In terms of managerial and leadership responsibilities, you will be expected to: - Recruit and retain high-caliber talent for key positions within your reporting structure. - Monitor employee productivity, recruitment standards, and attrition rates, making necessary enhancements to drive growth targets effectively. - Provide necessary support to enable teams to achieve growth objectives successfully. Qualification Required: - Graduation in BA / BCom / BBA / BSc / BTech / BE or any other relevant field. With 5 to 10 years of relevant rural banking experience, you are well-equipped to excel in this role and contribute significantly to the organization's success.,
