Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tiruppur for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, understanding customer needs, and offering suitable financial products. Their day-to-day responsibilities include customer acquisition, retention, and account management, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to meet sales targets and delivering exceptional service to clients.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management, client acquisition, and retention strategies
Strong knowledge of financial products, including Home Loans, Fixed Deposits, and Loans Against Property
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build long-lasting customer relationships
Ability to meet sales goals and targets, with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
Experience in branch operations, client servicing, or a related financial domain is an advantage
Graduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
