As a Relationship Manager - Home Loan Sales (DSA) at our company, your role will involve managing DSA relationships, supporting lead generation and conversions, ensuring smooth loan processing, and delivering a superior customer experience. - Achieve assigned home loan sales targets through DSA partners - Identify, onboard, and support new DSAs to expand business reach - Guide DSAs on lead generation, product knowledge, and sales techniques - Ensure a seamless customer journey from lead to loan disbursement - Resolve customer queries efficiently to ensure satisfaction and retention - Assist DSAs in collecting accurate documentation and ensuring policy compliance - Coordinate with credit and operations teams for timely loan approvals - Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and pricing - Share insights to help improve DSA performance and sales outcomes - Track individual and DSA sales performance and maintain accurate CRM data - Ensure all sales activities comply with internal policies and regulatory standards Qualifications: - Graduate in any discipline (Finance, Sales, or Marketing preferred) - 2-3 years of experience in home loan or financial product sales - Experience managing DSAs or partner channels preferred Skills: - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities - Sound knowledge of home loan products and market trends - Ability to mentor and motivate sales partners Technical Skills: - Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and loan processing tools If you are proactive, driven, and have a passion for sales, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
