Job Description

We’re Hiring: Relationship Manager – Home Loans | Bangalore

Location:

Bangalore (No relocation allowed – local candidates only)We are looking for a

dynamic Relationship Manager

with strong expertise in

Home Loan sales

and excellent connections with DSAs.

Eligibility

Minimum

2–3 years

of experience in Home Loan Sales / Financial Product SalesCandidates with

6 months+ experience in Home Loans

can also be consideredPrior experience managing DSAs or sales teams is a plus

Key Skills

  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation & deal-closure ability
  • Relationship-building expertise
  • Good understanding of home loan products, interest rates & market trends
  • Ability to mentor & support sales agents

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools & loan processing software
